Mortgage Loan Funding Clerk, Sr.
|
|
Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the mortgage loan funding group. Duties include preparing, packaging and funding documents and finalizing and filing customer files. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in loan closing process. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.
