Saddle Stitch Operator Assistant
|
|
Performs a combination of tasks to assist Saddle Stitcher. Operates a machine that fastens together pages. Sets machine for saddle (back) stitching. Starts machine and positions materials appropriately. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.
