Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.)
|
|
Directs and conducts the activities of the hospital's child care center in accordance with established hospital policies. Recommends changes to improve child care program and reviews ongoing activities. May function as a liaison between the hospital and local community to ensure the program meets community needs. May require an advanced degree and at least 7 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
