Select Customer Relationship Manager
|
|
Provides customer service to affluent professional customers in order to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth. Researches new products or services that may enhance relationship with the client or fulfill the client's short- and long-term financial needs. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
