Flight Training Coordinator
|
|
Researches and develops flight training programs for an organization. Develops methods and materials for training, including classroom, computer, and simulator sessions. May coordinate training with external vendors. Must stay abreast of FAA regulations and determine relevancy to company employees. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
