Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs
|
|
Assists the Dean in administering and overseeing the university's undergraduate programs. Supports the development and coordination of the undergraduate curriculum. Functions as a liaison between the Dean and undergraduate staff to facilitate faculty reviews, assess staffing needs, preserve academic standards and generally improve the programs' atmosphere. Requires a bachelor's degree with between 4-6 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to Dean of Undergraduate Programs.
