Performs continuous analysis of production jobs, backup processes, system monitors and server availability and provides solutions working with all groups impacted. May require an associate's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally, supervises a group of computer operators. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a manager.
