|
|
Manages and directs the operations department for a financial institution. Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Develops and implements polices and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 6 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a senior manager.
