Merchant Card Customer Service Representative I
|
|
Responsible for offering and providing bank card information services to existing or potential clients. Assists clients in the set up of bank card accounts and processing systems; responds to issues that may require troubleshooting. Ensures the maintenance of systems and accounts including inquiries regarding billing, payments, and procedural issues. May require bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
