Structural Engineer I
|
|
Performs structural analysis of building materials. Determines cause of structural failures, damages, and defects through site investigations. Provides reports detailing investigations and assessment of damages to the structure. Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
