Pastry Chef - Casino
|
|
Responsible for preparation of desserts and other baked goods according to established recipes or customer requests. Ensures pastry quality and guest satisfaction. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to an Executive Pastry Chef.
