HR Service Center Representative III
|
|
Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and human resources policies. Provides assistance with disability, health, and life benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans. Prepares appropriate documentation and processes necessary paperwork. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
