Regulatory Relations Specialist
|
|
Files applications and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process for a plant or other facility. Assists in developing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Gathers data pertaining to organizational projects and their impact on the regulation process. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
