Adjustment Clerk, Sr.
|
|
Responsible for assisting in general accounting functions such as maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable or receivable functions, reconciliation of accounts, monthly reporting, annual reports, budget and other general accounting functions. Acts as liaison with other departments to adjust or reconcile financial data. Researches customer complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve issues. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
