Call Center Representative I - Outbound
|
|
Responsible for initiating calls to potential clients using a prepared selling script. Promotes and sells products and services of company. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.
