Annuities Customer Service Supervisor
|
|
Supervises a staff of annuities customer service representatives and ensures annuity customers are satisfied and inquiries are handled in a timely manner. Responsible for training customer service representatives, and assists with the development and implementation of customer service operations and policies. Requires an understanding of annuity products and policies. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
