Enterprise Operations Supervisor
|
|
Supervises staff in an organization's enterprise operation department. Monitors accessibility of applications or services. Assists with the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide system tools and ensures scalability. Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
