Employee Development Specialist
|
|
Assists employees of the organization in career-pathing initiatives. Conducts interviews or assessments to identify the individual's strengths and interests and recommends positions. May suggest training or development opportunities to assist the employee in meeting his or her career objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
