Employee Services Manager
|
|
Designs, plans, and implements a variety of employee services and voluntary benefits, which may include training, recognition programs, EAP programs, wellness or work-life programs, and elder- or child-care programs. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of employee relations specialists. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
