Executive Compensation Analyst II
|
|
Evaluates and analyzes salary data for executives and top management. Administers company executive compensation programs, including executive salary surveys, annual and long term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
