Executive Compensation Manager
|
|
Responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs including executive salary surveys, annual and long term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and human resources. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of executive compensation analysts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to an executive.
