Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resource information system(s). Develops, implements, and maintains HRIS system(s) to meet an organization's needs and objectives. Researches, evaluates, tests and selects the necessary hardware and software needed to achieve the goals of the department. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
