Physician - Dermatology

Requirements and Responsibilities
Examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice. May report to a medical director. No specified years of experience. Bachelor's or advanced degree, certification and/or license in specialty required.
