Requirements and Responsibilities
Maintains hardware and software critical to the functionality of the organization's website. Monitors usage and performance, creates and maintains backups, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
