Requirements and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist III strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. Understands external labor market conditions. Being a Talent Acquisition Specialist III leverages effective, economical, and appropriate sources/channels and methods. Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies schools, and associations. Additionally, Talent Acquisition Specialist III reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. May participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Talent Acquisition Specialist III typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
