Solution Consultant I supports sales teams during the pre-sales phase with product knowledge and solution development for a single product or product line. Prepares and delivers product demonstrations to prospects, customers, and sales organizations. Being a Solution Consultant I maintains current product information and liaises with implementation teams to develop solutions and strategies for a successful deployment. May provide post-sales support and information to resolve customer problems. Additionally, Solution Consultant I typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
