Requirements and Responsibilities For Slot Floor Person
Responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if the jackpot is valid. May need to calculate jackpot amounts for jackpots not registering on the computer system. Prints jackpot tickets, obtains customer identification, and completes appropriate forms. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
