Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management.
