Requirements and Responsibilities
Provides technical support to construction staff under the supervision of the Project Manager. Reviews design and bidding documents, evaluates contractor bids, and oversees construction progress and scheduling. Reviews plans and other technical documents, answers questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, and monitors costs and project progress. May assist in the development of cost estimates. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
