Program Director - Home Care directs, supervises, and governs all home care programs including nursing, therapy, home care, and homemaking. Plans, implements and maintains policies and procedures for home care programs to ensure quality patient care and services. Being a Program Director - Home Care may work for a free-standing agency or operate a multi-chain branch. Requires a bachelor's degree.
