Requirements and Responsibilities
Plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer demands. Develops production schedules in accordance with sales forecast, plant and employee capacity, and new business opportunities. Has responsibility to decide operation plan for made-to-stock or made-to-order. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
