Physician Practice Operations Supervisor
Physician Practice Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a physician office site. Coordinates schedules, trains staff, ensures patient satisfaction, processes payroll, and ensures policy and procedure compliance. Being a Physician Practice Operations Supervisor may assist with insurance verification, billing, and financial collections. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Physician Practice Operations Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Physician Practice Operations Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
