Order Fulfillment Senior Supervisor supervises an order fulfillment team. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Senior Supervisor trains and cross-trains team members. Monitors daily activities to ensure that accuracy, customer service, and quality standards are maintained. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Senior Supervisor uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Monitors inventories to maintain appropriate levels of products. Troubleshoots and resolves workflow or systems issues. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Order Fulfillment Senior Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Order Fulfillment Senior Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
