Mortgage Credit Analyst III

Requirements and Responsibilities
Gathers necessary credit information and evaluates mortgage loan requests in order to approve or deny applications. Analyzes current, new and renewed residential loans. Provides reports and documentation to management on all loan activities. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
