Merchandise Allocation Manager oversees the allocation of merchandise to stores to ensure sufficient inventory levels. Establishes stock monitoring plans and processes to support daily store merchandise replenishment demand. Being a Merchandise Allocation Manager resolves merchandise delivery or transfer issues to ensure required stock levels are maintained. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Merchandise Allocation Manager typically reports to a director. The Merchandise Allocation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
