Laboratory Quality Control Analyst II performs quality assurance analysis to ensure consistent and reliable operation in a laboratory setting. Performs routine analysis to ensure the integrity of data, processes, and results and provides recommendations to improve quality standards. Being a Laboratory Quality Control Analyst II reviews and interprets test results to ensure accuracy, precision, and repeatability. Performs calculations and determinations to validate results or specifications. Additionally, Laboratory Quality Control Analyst II validates and verifies methods and identifies issues that may affect the accuracy and integrity of test results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Laboratory Quality Control Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Laboratory Quality Control Analyst II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
