Requirements and Responsibilities
Develops and maintains job control language (JCL) for a particular program or programs. Sets up jobs, monitors progress, and reviews output for accuracy. May require an associate's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
