May be responsible for administration of expatriate or immigration programs. Being an International Human Resources Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The International Human Resources Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an International Human Resources Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
