Requirements and Responsibilities

HR Business Partners Senior Manager oversees the management of human resources consultation and support to business units. Manages programs and initiatives that ensure the support, guidance, and development of human resources business partners. Being an HR Business Partners Senior Manager establishes procedures to analyze trends and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Helps develop and coordinate initiatives, communication, and events with human resources business partners managers and supervisors.
