Flight Training Coordinator

Requirements and Responsibilities
Researches and develops flight training programs for an organization. Develops methods and materials for training, including classroom, computer, and simulator sessions. May coordinate training with external vendors. Must stay abreast of FAA regulations and determine relevancy to company employees. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
