Requirements and Responsibilities
Gathers and interprets financial data in order to assist in corporate financial decisions. Assists in determining scope and pricing of offering and developing plans. Identifies new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the company. Provides details for the SEC registration of securities. Participates in negotiations with principles and others. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
