Requirements and Responsibilities
Gathers and interprets financial data in order to assist in corporate financial decisions. Assists in determining scope and pricing of offering and developing plans. Identifies new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the company. Provides details for the SEC registration of securities. Participates in negotiations with principles and others. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
