Executive Recruiter

Requirements and Responsibilities
Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions. Works with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool. Develops employment offers with competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation terms to present to candidates. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. May require SHRM certification. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
