Coordinates resources and workflow and implements policies and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Analysis Supervisor documents and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Additionally, ERP Business Analysis Supervisor monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Trains new hires, evaluates performance, and provides feedback to team members to facilitate their development. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Business Analysis Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Analysis Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
