Requirements and Responsibilities

ERP Business Analysis Director directs the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Designs policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Analysis Director develops standard reporting framework to monitor system performance and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Assists with the strategic planning and road mapping of ERP projects and updates to facilitate the implementation and optimization of ERP systems. Additionally, ERP Business Analysis Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The ERP Business Analysis Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an ERP Business Analysis Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
