Corporate Compliance Officer - Healthcare

Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for programs, policies, and practices that ensure that all departments are in compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and accreditation standards. Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Stays abreast of laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and procedures. Prepares compliance reports to present to senior management. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
