Requirements and Responsibilities
Ensures that the collection call processes meet company standards and guidelines; monitors calls to ensure compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state specific regulations. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. May be entry level if some experience in the skill Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.
