Computer Operator II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Operates and monitors computer equipment. Performs routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and their peripherals. Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
