Computer Operator I

Requirements and Responsibilities
Assists in operating and monitoring computer equipment. Performs routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and their peripherals by established procedures. Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
