Chief Enterprise Infrastructure Executive is responsible for the long-range direction of an organization's enterprise infrastructure function. Provides the leadership, strategy, vision, and design of an organization's enterprise infrastructure. Being a Chief Enterprise Infrastructure Executive creates and leads the strategic design, management, implementation, and overall program development. Ensures implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide technology systems align with the strategic goals of the business. Additionally, Chief Enterprise Infrastructure Executive establishes and approves operating policies to mitigate risk. Designs operational budget and monitors project progress to ensure cost-effective solutions. Ensures that various infrastructure components are compatible and scalable for future growth. Monitors and analyzes technology and trends. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Defines corporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus. Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
